A new market is opening for creative professionals; smaller companies that don’t have the budgets for network ads, but can afford online ad-buys. We predict that regional markets will also increase due to this trend as the decentralization of the market (from the top ad agencies to the smaller arms) continues so will the budgets.

This article focuses more on strategy of the big networks, but the wisdom gained from reading between the lines is valuable.
