Corporate Arts Funding Decreasing

Maybe it all started with Reagan and the NEA; the beginning of a “culture war” to define the arts as “hobby” and not a necessity to a healthy life. Once those cuts went down, way back then, the trickle down effect has been accumulating. It all starts with the arts; ideas, innovation, inspiration. We forget that many of the arts institutions we highly regard rely on underwriting from grants and corporations.
