“At least three major companies want their ads pulled from Ann Coulter’s Web site, following customer complaints about the right-wing commentator’s reference to Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards.
Verizon, Sallie Mae and Georgia-based NetBank each said they didn’t know their ads were on AnnCoulter.com until they received the complaints.”
Few lessons learned. 1 . Be mindful of what you say, you could lose respect, adspace, endorsements and sponsors. 2. As a major company, know where your brand/company logo lives.
