Q&A from NYTimes:

Q – Do I need to adjust my system clock manually?

A – “You can make manual adjustments, but if you use Windows XP, Service Pack 2 — or Mac OS X 10.3 and later — and keep your system current with all the latest updates, your computer has probably been fixed to reflect the new dates, including the start of daylight time this Sunday. Windows Vista does not need updating.”
