Indy gets first slot as “City Slicker Eats” @ CivilEats.com

Hoosiers have amazing access to farm-fresh foods and farm-enabled recipes. Some great local chefs have been keeping-it-real by offering short menus of delicious (mostly) local ingredients. Plus keeping it local as possible boosts our local economy, a key ingredient in these turbulent economic times.
