Meat Entre: Grilled leg of lamb (chef’s specialty) w/ lamb sausage, mint sauce, and coucous
Fish Entre: Market Fish w/ saffron rice, suited spinach and caper-butter sauce
Soup: Chilled greenmarket beets w/ creme fraiche
